General Overview

Radiance is the third original composition and the seventh EP by the artist Anthéos, officially released on Friday, 26th June 2026, under the independent label Youpidou~Publishing™. Serving as the grand finale to a musical trilogy initiated a year ago, this project seamlessly connects with the heritage of Ashlight and Twainbound. Available worldwide across all digital platforms, this five-track EP offers an immersive international experience, featuring the main English version, a captivating duet with a close friend, Maé, and a poignant solo Japanese rendition titled 輝光 (Kikō), alongside a monumental instrumental orchestral mix.

Born from a deep contemplation of a unique sunset witnessed from the artist's bedroom and heavily inspired by the divine, absolute light of the iconic boss from Hollow Knight, the title track evokes a profound sense of cosmic vertigo and spiritual surrender. Written, recorded, programmed, and masterfully mixed in 450Hz on the Roland Fantom workstation within the private walls of Youpidou~Recording (France), Radiance marks a significant structural evolution in Anthéos' production. For the very first time, a driving bass and drum section anchors the soaring orchestral strings, atmospheric synthesisers, and delicate acoustic guitars.

The project masterfully bridges the serene, textured darkness of dream pop with the mystical poetry of Mylène Farmer and the sweeping, cinematic intensity of video game soundtracks. Enhanced by the striking cover photography captured by Chloé Anne at the Île de Ré, the EP stands as a raw, transcendent, and uncompromised architectural masterpiece.
